Return & Replacement Policy

Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 10 days of delivery.

Returns will be accepted only in the case of:

  • Manufacturing defects
  • Damage during transit
  • Size issues (only if the size received does not match the size ordered)

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.
  • All original tags must be intact.
  • A clear unboxing video is mandatory, recorded from start to finish.
  • The video must show the sealed package being opened and the product clearly visible.

Claims raised without unboxing video proof will not be accepted.

Important Clarification

  • No cash refund or monetary reimbursement will be provided.
  • No exchanges are permitted.
  • In approved cases, only a replacement of the same product/design will be issued, subject to availability.

Size Policy

Size-related returns will be considered only if the product received does not match the size ordered, as verified through the unboxing video.

Please refer carefully to the size chart before placing your order.

Personal fit preferences (loose/tight expectations) are not considered size issues.

Important Note

Slight variations in colour, print placement, and texture may occur due to lighting conditions, screen resolution, and fabric characteristics. These variations are inherent to the design and are not considered defects.
